Provider and operator

ClaudeVBA is developed, published, operated, and supported by LIMONTHE AS, Norwegian organization number 938 182 957, Mokollveien 38B, 3226 Sandefjord, Norway.

Subscription and 3-day trial

ClaudeVBA costs USD $9.99 per month. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial and must provide a valid payment method when the trial begins. Stripe charges $0 at signup and automatically charges $9.99 when the trial ends, then monthly, unless you cancel before the next charge. Taxes may be added where applicable. The exact first charge date is shown in Stripe Checkout and in your trial confirmation.

Seller and merchant of record

Checkout currently uses Stripe Managed Payments. For transactions processed through that program, the applicable Stripe entity identified at Checkout and on the receipt is the seller and merchant of record. LIMONTHE AS remains the software developer, publisher, operator, licensor, and support provider, but does not claim to be merchant of record for those transactions. Checkout and receipt disclosures control if the payment arrangement changes.

Cancellation and payment failures

You can update payment details or cancel from the Stripe customer portal linked on your private ClaudeVBA access page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period; no further charge is made. Access can be suspended after a failed payment and ends when the subscription expires or is canceled.

License

An active ClaudeVBA subscription grants you a personal, revocable license to use the software and documentation. Redistribution, credential sharing, or resale is not permitted without written permission.

Disclaimer

VBA can modify files and systems. You are responsible for reviewing generated code before running it. ClaudeVBA is provided as-is without warranty. Always test on copies of important workbooks.

Refunds

Cancel during the free trial to avoid the first charge. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable for billing periods already started, except where required by law. Contact daniel@claudevba.com with your Stripe receipt if you believe a charge was made in error.
